3. Rental Agreement

The rental period commences on the date of delivery and concludes upon collection of the skip. Extensions can be requested but are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3.2 Payment Terms

Clients must provide valid payment details prior to delivery. Payment is due in full upon delivery of the skip. We accept major credit cards and other designated payment methods.

4. Delivery and Collection

Skip delivery is contingent upon access to the designated location. The Client must ensure sufficient space and safe entry for skip placement. Collection times are approximate and subject to scheduling.

5. Use of Skip

The Skip is intended solely for the disposal of household or commercial waste as agreed upon. Clients are responsible for loading the skip responsibly, ensuring it is not overloaded, and that waste is appropriately categorized.

6. Permitted and Prohibited Materials

Permitted materials include non-hazardous waste such as general household rubbish, construction debris, and recyclables. Prohibited materials include hazardous substances, asbestos-containing materials, chemicals, and any items that pose safety risks. Clients must ensure compliance with local regulations regarding waste disposal.

7. Liability

Heston Skip Hire is not liable for any damage caused to the property during skip placement or collection, provided that all reasonable precautions were taken. Clients must ensure the area is safe and free from obstacles. Any damages must be reported immediately upon discovery.

8. Insurance

Clients are advised to have appropriate insurance coverage for the use of the Skip. Heston Skip Hire holds liability insurance; however, it is recommended that clients verify their own coverage for any additional risks.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately if the terms are breached, including misuse of the Skip, late payments, or unlawful disposal of waste. In such cases, the Client may be liable for additional costs or penalties.
